We are now in full swing of our Book Week celebrating the magic of books and promoting the joy of reading. There is a healthy competition running between classes to answer the daily quiz questions and outlines have started appearing on class room windows. Make your “wonderland name” to go in a lucky draw to win a book - come and put it in the correct syndicate box for your room. Also last chance to guess how many chocolate hearts in the jar to win the whole jar full.
On Friday its time to strut your stuff. Get creative with with your hats (and if you wish dress up as well) for the fun Hat Parade on the netball courts at 9am. If the weather is bad, we will hopefully get a break to parade around the school.

Not only are you purchasing engaging and affordable books, you are also supporting our school. A percentage of the Book Fair sales goes towards reward points, the more the total amount, the higher the percentage. We then use this to expand our library collection, ensuring more exciting books for everyone to enjoy!

RECYCLING BINS
Bring your yellow bins (hard plastics 1, 2 & 5 only) and your grey bins (cardboard and paper - flat not screwed up) to the recycling centre behind the containers from 1:30 to 1:45 pm. A waste warrior will be there to help you.
LOST ITEMS AT THE OFFICE
If you have lost a silver pandora bracelet or a blue stainless steel drink bottle, Marie has them at the office.
BRYCE'S BANG-ON BURGERS
$5.00 gets you a bun with a meat patty, lettuce, cheese and sauce. Collect a prepaid ticket from the office at lunch time if you have already ordered and paid online.
