Paremata School’s major fundraiser is our annual SCHOOL GALA, taking place on Saturday 20th October 2019

We are looking to bring the gala back this year, the profits of this event are yet to be decided on, it will a great benefit after missing out on our fundraising last year.
Our school would be very appreciative of any assistance you can provide.

We will be using many avenues to promote our gala, which also provide promotion for sponsors as well. Firstly by using our web presence, which includes Paremata School’s website & designated Facebook page. Plus other avenues, such as posters, street signs and flyers. We will not only gain maximum exposure for the school gala but also for our sponsors.

Donations can be in a form of a service, product or cash towards an area of the gala. Below are details of the three sponsorship packages we have available:

Bronze Sponsor Package: Donations up to $100

As a bronze sponsor your package includes:
-Your business listed on the back of promotional programme
-Your company name as a bronze sponsor all year on our school gala website page from 10th October 2019

Silver Sponsor Package: Donations between $101 and $500

As a silver sponsor your package includes:
-Your business listed on the back of promotional programme
-Your company name as a bronze sponsor all year on our school gala website page from 10th October 2019
-A mention on our School Community Facebook page prior to the event

Gold Sponsor Package: Donations from $501 and over

**closing date for this option is 30th August 2019**
As a gold sponsor your package includes the silver package, plus:
-Your brand/logo featured on street signage leading up to the gala
-Your brand/logo on the promotional poster displayed at all local businesses and schools
-Your brand/logo on the cover of the promotional programme
-Your business featured in an edition of the school newsletter in the weeks immediately after the gala
-Your brand/logo featured on our website from 30th September 2019 with a link to your company website
- We will be promoting the school gala and the web presence to school families and the local Porirua community over the coming months
