PAREMATA SCHOOL DONATION – 2023
FAMILY CONTRIBUTIONS
Thank you to all those families who have embraced our family contribution donations for 2022. The contribution will remain the same for 2023. With the school unable to participate in the MOE Donations Scheme due to our decile rating, we have to rely on family contributions from now on for all extra-curricular activities. Your support is very much appreciated. Remember that all donations are eligible for tax credits from the IRD using an IR526.
This means they are effectively a donation from families to help cover the costs of school trips, sports tournaments, bus transport, visiting performers and swimming.
COMPULSORY FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE FEE
Technology for Year 7&8s – $80 for the year (also tax deductable)
Kahikatea Team Camp – Rooms 5,7,8 - $350 approx. To be paid in full around March 2023
OPTIONS FOR PAYMENTS
There are a range of options for payment of these fees to make it as easy as possible to balance your finances. We know that the start of the school year can be a very expensive time so we are happy to provide an option that suits you which include:

off payment at the start of the year
· Payment
once a term (invoices are sent out)
· Online
into our bank account – ASB 12-3254-0048796-00
· Regular
direct credits into our bank account
· Eftpos available at the office
This table below does not include technology or camp fees.
It much easier for everyone we now have only one family donation, which for one child is $250 per year and for a family with two or more children it is $350 per year. This can be paid either in a lump sum or by automatic payment.

Obviously, we cannot make these payments compulsory and we will only be able to undertake activities based on the level of donations we get. We would therefore appreciate your support with this new scheme. Bryce
